Clients provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages in one of the following ways:

Verbal opt-in: When booking by phone, clients are informed of SMS consent before their number is collected.
Paper form opt-in: Clients sign an intake form containing SMS consent language prior to their appointment.

You are not required to consent to receive promotional messages as a condition of receiving our services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and treatment plan. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month depending on your activity with Aurela Aesthetics.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To opt back in, reply START at any time.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aurela Aesthetics is not responsible for any charges incurred from receiving our messages.

Our SMS service is available through all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support may vary.

By booking an appointment with Aurela Aesthetics or using our website at aurelaclinic.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are performed by Courtney Rotz, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, a double board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in the state of California. Treatments provided by Aurela Aesthetics are aesthetic in nature and do not constitute primary medical care. Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. You must complete an intake and consent form before receiving any treatment.

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect our mobile schedule and other clients. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings. We understand that life happens — please text us at 949-649-8852 as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards. Aurela Aesthetics does not accept insurance for aesthetic treatments. Group bookings and event reservations require a $100 deposit to secure your date.

Photo Consent

Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical documentation purposes. Use of photos for marketing or social media requires separate written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at contact@aurelaclinic.com.

Website Use

The content on aurelaclinic.com is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in Orange County, California.
