Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Aurela Aesthetics, visiting our website at aurelaclinic.com, or submitting any form on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Aurela Aesthetics provides mobile aesthetic treatments including but not limited to neurotoxin injections (Botox), chemical peels (VI Peel), microneedling, Korean Facial with PDRN, Frotox facial cryotherapy, and Cryo Bodyslimming. All treatments are performed by Courtney Rotz, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, a double board-certified nurse practitioner licensed in California.

We are a mobile service — treatments are performed at the client's home, office, or preferred location in Orange County, CA. We do not have a physical clinic location.

SMS & Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Aurela Aesthetics, you agree to the following:

• You may receive transactional messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, and aftercare instructions
• You may receive promotional/marketing messages including offers, new services, and updates (if you opted in to marketing messages)
• Message frequency varies — up to 6 messages per month
• Message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP
• Reply HELP for assistance
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or service

Appointments & Cancellations

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows impact our mobile schedule. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings. Please text 949-649-8852 as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Medical Disclaimer

All treatments are aesthetic in nature and do not constitute primary medical care. Results may vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. You must complete an intake and consent form before receiving any treatment. By booking an appointment you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant health information.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards. Aurela Aesthetics does not accept insurance for aesthetic treatments. Group bookings and event reservations require a $100 deposit to secure your date.

Photo Consent

Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical documentation. Use of photos for marketing or social media requires separate written consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting contact@aurelaclinic.com.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
